At Hyvalyn, we are committed to delivering high-quality lighting products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order lighting fixtures
  • Installed or used lighting products
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned damaged (not due to our error)
  • Items missing parts or original packaging
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window (subject to approval)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted

For high-value lighting items, we strongly recommend using:

  • A trackable shipping service
  • Shipping insurance

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation
  • Please ensure compatibility with your electrical system before purchase
